We use a rotating one-day cryptographic pseudonym calculated from your network address and browser identifier; we do not store the raw IP address in our analytics database. This pseudonym is not guaranteed to be anonymous. We honour browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for our analytics. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this website in this version.

Cookies and security

We use a necessary session cookie for form protection and for authorised staff logins. No tracking cookie is needed for our first-party analytics. Staff authentication is protected by password hashing, access controls and session security.

Sharing and storage

Enquiries and site records are kept on our website hosting/database service, available to authorised team members. We do not sell your enquiry details. Data may be accessed by technical service providers operating our hosting under their terms, or disclosed where legally required.

Retention and your choices

Enquiries are retained until no longer needed for business or legal purposes, and can be archived in our administration system. Analytics event records are intended to be periodically deleted according to our maintenance schedule.
